Good for a short stay

Very good value for money. Exactly what I needed for a night while transferring in Seoul

The checkin process was easy once you knew what to do. But there was a lack of signage at the beginning.

Great location & views

A great hotel as its close to the airport, only 3 stops away. Good if you have been in Seoul and have an early flight in the morning. A 24 hour convenience store is next to the hotel. Many eateries are near by. Its's a 45 minute train journey into Seoul station & city centre.

The self check in was a bit tricky as we arrived earlier than expected however we rang from the phone provided and a staff member came to assist us straight away. She spoke English and was very helpful.

Very Good

The room was equiped with everything we needed, even with a washine machine, hanger, dryer, dental kit, tea and coffee and even more. The view was amazing as well.

There wasn't warm water in the room, but at least it was refreshing. And we didn't mind it so much because the room was amazing.

Korean modern culture experience

It was a very beautiful place. During my stay, I came across something special to Korean modern culture. The staff and the environment were very good. It took me 2 stops by metro from the airport. There was a Korean who helped me drag my suitcase while walking down the road with my 2 suitcases after I got off the subway. The environment and my stay at the hotel was very good. My room view was beautiful.

Definitely worth it

Its complete with everything. To my surprise, there was a big refrigerator!! And washing machine! I loved my stay. The tv also has youtube, netflix..

It was hard to get to the road in front of hotel because taxi couldn’t get in so i had to walk with my heavy luggages and it was raining heavily too.. it wasn’t convenient.

Superb facilities, very comfortable bed, great location for airport but no staff/ automated check in

Superb facilities in the room. Nice views from the balcony. Very comfortable bed. Good shower with plenty of water pressure. Very reasonably priced. Location excellent for the airport - 10 mins by taxi (about 20000 KWR after midnight when I arrived).

Could have been better (i.e. some) communication about the need to self check in after a certain time and what to expect. I had to work it all out when I arrived to empty reception foyet and what looked like a locked office (it isn't locked, and inside there is a kiosk that will print your room key after you enter your booking details. Also, remember to insert your payment card in the slot before pressing to proceed to payment, otherwise you get error messages in Korean).

Exactly what you expect for the price you pay and just a short taxi ride from the airport. Also a plus check in and check out is easily done on your own.

Windows had not been cleaned. The accommodation was very dusty and overall cleanliness poor. No cutlery, pans, plates to use in the kitchenette. Bed linen torn.

if you are foreigner, there is abit trouble to perform self check in. I am lucky to get help from one of the Korean check-in guest to help me call the customer service so that the staff can come over and help.

Wonderful

The room had all the necessary amenities. The water kettle was useful to prepare some instant coffee (although not that tasty). A convenience store is next to the entrance and self check-in is possible until 12pm.

Shower was OK, but the bathroom is quite small. so without a shower curtain you drench the toilet.

Quiet hotel, 10-15 minutes walk from the metro station. There is a shop downstairs where you can buy drinks, snacks or whatever else you need. I checked in to the hotel at the check-in machine. I received a key and a statement with all the necessary information, about the room number, Wi-Fi, check-out time and so on. The room is clean, quiet with a great view of the forest, just as I ordered.

I really liked that I could wash my clothes.

The room was a bit smaller than I thought it would be. But it was still pretty nice. It's perfect for a longer stay, with being out all day.
